Licensed since 1976, Cindy has been active in the real estate profession in Louisiana, Texas and Florida. She owned her own brokerage company in Baton Rouge, Louisiana before moving to Dallas and then relocating to New Smyrna Beach in 1990. She has been licensed with Watson Realty Corp. since 1994, and has been the top sales associate of this office most years. In addition to obtaining her brokers license, designations include GRI (Graduate of the Realtors Institute), e-Pro and ALHS, (Accredited Luxury Home Specialist) She is actively involved with the local Board of Realtors fundraisers for March of Dimes, Habitat for Humanity, etc. She also enjoys membership of the NSB Garden Club, and aerobics, yoga and Pilates at the Heartland Health Club.
